Following our initial meeting, we’ll prepare a detailed specification and quote outlining every aspect of our proposed involvement. This comprehensive document ensures all anticipated works are clearly defined and agreed upon from the outset. Should client requirements evolve during the project, we’re able to accommodate mid-term amendments efficiently—maintaining flexibility without compromising on quality or timelines.

During the works we communicate regularly with our professional clients and stakeholders so that everyone is fully informed on progress, forthcoming requirements and milestones within a project. We are happy to meet on-site, at your offices or ours, or via Microsoft Teams - which we are happy to collaborate with professional clients on. We are happy to host end-client meetings at our offices, where we keep samples of most of the materials we use, to help facilitate decision-making on material and finish choices.

This stage naturally varies depending on the project, but once all agreed works are completed, we’ll carry out an on-site meeting to confirm that every aspect of the specification has been delivered to standard. We’ll also hand over relevant documentation, including Cornwall Council Building Control approvals, warranties, and guarantees. Whether it’s you or your end-client, we remain available for any follow-up queries or support needed beyond completion.
