We routinely work alongside professional clients in devlopment projects, from Architects and Quantity Surveyors to Developers. Our role in your project can be anything from full end-client facing to a contracted building works. We can add capacity and expertise to your business with our own QS working alongside yours. Our consistent approach working with professional clients, developed over 10 years, ensures that you are kept fully informed through every step of the project, providing confidence and reassurance.

Initial Meeting
During our initial meeting we will discuss the scope of works required and our role within your project. We can work flexibly with you - whether or not you need our QS services, whether we will be at all end-client facing, whether we will be responsible for employing sub-contractors, we will work with you to ensure that we are adding to your offering in the most effective way.
Specification & Quote
Following our initial meeting a full specification and quote for the works will be developed and agreed. This will cover every anticipated aspect of our involvement, although mid-term amendments can be agreed so that unanticipated client requirements can be accommodated efficiently.
Commencing Work
During the works we communicate regularly with our professional clients and stakeholders so that everyone is fully informed on progress, forthcoming requirements and milestones within a project. We are happy to meet on-site, at your offices or ours, or via Microsoft Teams - which we are happy to collaborate with professional clients on. We are happy to host end-client meetings at our offices, where we keep samples of most of the materials we use, to help facilitate decision-making on material and finish choices.
Completion and Handover
This stage varies from project to project but on completion of agreed works we will have an on-site meeting to ensure that all specification items have been delivered, to discuss any future developments and hand over Cornwall Council Building Control approvals, warranties, guarantees, etc. We are also always availble for any follow-up queries you or your end-client might have.
