During the works we communicate regularly with our professional clients and stakeholders so that everyone is fully informed on progress, forthcoming requirements and milestones within a project. We are happy to meet on-site, at your offices or ours, or via Microsoft Teams - which we are happy to collaborate with professional clients on. We are happy to host end-client meetings at our offices, where we keep samples of most of the materials we use, to help facilitate decision-making on material and finish choices.

This stage naturally varies depending on the project, but once all agreed works are completed, we’ll carry out an on-site meeting to confirm that every aspect of the specification has been delivered to standard. We’ll also hand over relevant documentation, including Cornwall Council Building Control approvals, warranties, and guarantees.
