Driveway & Garage Transformation – Padstow, Cornwall

This project delivered a complete transformation of the property's driveway and garage, enhancing both its functionality and kerb appeal. .

The existing driveway was removed and replaced with a high-quality resin-bound surface, laid over a newly constructed sub-base to provide a durable and long-lasting finish. A carefully selected colour was chosen to complement the property, creating a clean and attractive entrance with crisp detailing around the house and garage.

The garage exterior was upgraded with bespoke timber double doors and contemporary composite timber cladding, helping to modernise the building while maintaining a style in keeping with the character of the home. The new porthole doors look incredible.

To the rear of the garage, a galvanised steel platform and access steps were installed, improving access between the garage and garden. A new rear entrance door was also created, providing convenient and secure access to the space.

Additional works included the construction of a secure bin store beneath the raised platform and the installation of service connections for a future outdoor shower area, ideal for coastal living and watersports enthusiasts. A full new cedar fence was installed.

Internally, the garage was partitioned to create two distinct areas: a secure storage and parking space to the front, and a dedicated watersports storage area to the rear for surfboards, wetsuits, and outdoor equipment.

The completed project has significantly improved the practicality, storage capacity, and overall appearance of the property, delivering a well-designed solution tailored to life in Padstow.
