Recently completed on the outskirts of St Austell, Cornwall, this project combines a 50mm EPS external wall insulation system with a 1.5mm Baumit silicone render finish at ground floor level. The first floor features 50mm PIR insulation within a ventilated build-up, finished with Cedral Lap fibre-cement cladding, improving thermal performance and providing a durable, contemporary exterior.
