Serendipity – Padstow, Cornwall

Serendipity underwent a complete reconfiguration to transform the property and make the most of every available space. The layout was redesigned throughout, including a new kitchen, utility room and downstairs WC, alongside a relocated staircase and structural alterations. Upstairs, new mezzanine floors, a wider bedroom, vaulted master bedroom ceiling, Velux windows and a new ensuite were created, maximising space, light and stunning sea views. The property was fully decorated and finished with a carefully considered external transformation.
